A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Brunswick Pointe are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

"Brunswick Pointe is an exemplary facility! From the first day I got here, the staff has been outstanding! Brunswick Pointe has first class service all the way from nursing to housekeeping to maintenance, everyone has just been wonderful! The staff, each and every one of the staff, is kind, compassionate, and very detail oriented. The grace in which the staff performs their jobs is amazing. I have always felt that the staff have my best interests in mind. The care staff pays such great attention to detail, and that is so impressive and so important! It is so heart-warming when the staff can work for 12 hours a day and still offer top-notch care and support throughout the entire shift, all the way down to the last few minutes before they leave.

The therapy department has made such a huge difference in my well-being, giving me the support I need to get back to my home! The therapists are extremely encouraging, not pushy. You can tell that they want me to do my very best and give me all the tools that I need in order to do so. They have been so wonderful to work with. Brunswick Pointe holds itself to very high standards, and you can tell that from the moment you walk in the door! The whole facility is clean, the staff is lovely, and the food is very good, too! Meals have been great, offering a nice variety, and the alternative menu is so nice to have. Brunswick Pointe gets my highest recommendation and I will recommend them to anyone I possibly can."
